Excellent stay for a family visit. the staff here were really nice and the place was super clean! 😊

The bed was good and clean. Location was good.

Th e elevator was terribly slow. No ice machines working and no one wanted to help with the situation. The room we were givenb was a corner room and terrible visibility.

The location was great and lovely, just 5 min walk from Rimouski Regional Museum.

The room had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card, which were nice amenities.

The staff was competent from arrival until we left. The service here was very good. Plus, it was good to have free Wi-Fi. The location was perfect for walking around Rimouski Regional Museum. And it was also next to restaurants the boardwalk, waterfront and the center.

Staff very upset, I reserved 2 room for friends and me, I ask for 2 bed in one room and no smoking room for both. I had 2 room with 1 bed, and my room room was a smoking room. Floor was dirty, the chair was scrap.

We ate the breakfast buffet, and it was really good!!!

The rooms were not very clean....housekeeping was not good...no vaccuming, no sweeping the floors, didnt take out the garbage, didnt clean the ashtrays, bathroom was cleaned poorly. No mini fridge, so we couldnt keep our drinks cold, every hotel room should have one!!!

Convenient location near shops, downtown, and the Gaspé peninsula, plus it's right by the waterfront. the standard room had nice furniture in the bedroom. 🌊

Hotel well located next door to the two other main hotels in town. Clean rooms. But in desperate need of renovation: badly frayed carpets, chipped paint... Too expensive for what it offers.
